Three guys mustve been training a new guy but left the new guy at my engine unsupervised the whole time while they serviced another vehicle. The new guy just stood there for 10 mins before anyone checked on him. The other two guys were very quiet and the one who greeted me told me they couldn't do my inspection and tried to send me to a different location. I still needed to get the transmission flushed so i just went somewhere else for the inspection after.

I was recommended several maintenance issues. I chose to have Transmission fluid changed while oil change was ongoing, was not supposed to take very long if running concurrently. It did not happen that way. Technician was only able to change approx. 4 qts. (8 pints) of over 20-pint system because of no transmission dip stick tube?!! and all they knocked off of price was $33 of $164. They should have known through training and experience which vehicles are able to have a transmission fluid change done the way that VIOC does it (fluid only change) and what to do if no transmission dip stick tube.
