I waited to get in for about 20-25 min (all bays full) Once I got in, they started to check everything, recommended an air filter (which I agreed), and then, after about 15 min of being in the bay, I was informed they didn’t have the filter. I then asked the girl that was helping me to advise the person that was behind me (now in bay 1), who also had a diesel 250, that they didn’t have the filter so they wouldn’t waste their time also- and she just gave me the typical “F-You” smile and “OK”…
