Valvoline I need me my question answered!
I’m reaching out regarding my recent experiences with Valvoline locations in the Porter and Kingwood areas. I’ve been a regular customer at the Porter TX location and have consistently valued the quality of service especially from a technician named James who was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly took the initiative! I didn't even have to ask if my air filter needed to be replaced! However I recently found out that he has been moved to a different location (my husband asked a different employee). While I understand that staffing may NEED changing it is frustrating that ancustomer has to lose access to technicians who actually provide excellent service. It’s already challenging to find individuals who not only perform their job well but also genuinely listen to customers and care the outcome of someone else's car🙄
Now I find myself having to drive 35 minutes to the Kingwood location just to receive the level of service I was accustomed to in Porter. For something as routine as an oil change this is a significant inconvenience. I wanted to share this feedback because at least consider the impact on customers.

The service tech named James was awesome! I don't really know much about cars😅 let alone my car but it started blinking so I decided to stop and the first tech didn't know either but then another tech came named James and was very quick on my car service I do appreciate the fast service and I look forward to coming again. Thanks James!!
