We get an oil change every month, our vehicle has 0ver 350000 miles on it and has when available had its oil changed at a valvoline instant oil change always with the same synthetic oil. This visit was to a location that just changed to one of yours and the service was not the same as others we have been to. we will go back next month and give them a chance and if they are not as good we will go back to the new caney location out of all the ones we have been to all over texas new caney has been the best.

I knew it was different when I pulled up a guy ran out and ask me to pull in. I’ve never pulled in always stop and went to waiting room. I knew that so I got lunch to eat while I waited. So I pull in and it’s all different Valvoline is new ownership and the attendant began telling me about the company. Getting me in the computer and we get to changing oil! Seriously took15 minutes! They topped my fluids and tire pressure changed out my filters. Then gave me a list if recommended services. I was beyond impressed with the communication and price! Thank you for such great training! I watched 2 others get the same impressive service!
