Been sitting in line behind only 2 cars for about 40 minutes. The line has not budged. At this point, it's going to take me and hour and a half to get out of here. So much for "instant oil change". I go to Jiffy lube and it's never taken more than 30 minutes in and out including waiting in line. I think I'll be going there next time.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Thanks for your feedback. Wait times can vary since we're first-come, first-serve and offer more than just oil changes. We apologize for the longer wait and appreciate your patience.

I’m not usually one to leave a review at places but I just have to say Assistant Manager Caden was amazing. He was charming, knew what he was talking about and was enthusiastic about his job! He was like a breath of fresh air you don’t usually get that kind of hard work here in Kyle anymore…love to see it!

Thanks for sharing the love! Our team at our store on 5100 S FM 1626 appreciates the opportunity to help with your oil change and vehicle maintenance.

Taken advantage of. Would not come back here ever again. Manager Adrian is rude, assistant manager is very kind however, not enough to make me want to ever come back. Killed my battery during service, (tested just fine before service began by the way) and valvoline had nothing to recharge it with and then was forced to buy a new one! $200 extra wasn’t expecting to spend.
