This was my first visit to this location as I just moved to Kyle and always went to Valvoline in South Austin. I was incredibly pleased with the entire crew at 1626 Valvoline location. Being new to the area, I had a hard time locating Valvoline and when I did find it, I was nervous because it was close to closing time. The staff made me feel welcomed, let me know they were happy to have me even if I showed up on the dot at closing time, they would still service my car. I love Valvolines team members! No matter which location I go to, they've always made me feel like priority.

The oil change is like 40 to 60 more than anywhere else is town which is why it’s always empty when I come here, it would’ve been nice to been told yall have coupons online to help offset a little of the cost instead of just asking if I had some already, I get that it hurts the company’s bottom line but it just kinda felt like I was screwing myself more when I already knew I was over paying a little

Great service as always. Robert was very kind and handled everything promptly. Only complaint was the high cost of the license plate bulbs. I thought it was 2 for $14.99 but it was for each. I could have bought a 2 pack at Autozone for under $10. Also, there was oil smudging on my door handle and back door from the guys gloves that I didn’t see until I got home. Luckily it easily wiped off.

Coming for the first time I wasn’t sure what to expect, but once I was told to pull into the bay I was greeted with much respect and a Big Smile! I didn’t know my wife’s car had a cabin air filter and when the service man asked just to take a look he showed me how filthy our filter was and did not pressure me to replace it he only asked. Overall the price is a little high, but you definitely get what you pay for. For me I experienced fast service with all professional and respectful staff. I would definitely recommend my mother and sister here!
