WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND GOING IF ON THE FOLLOWING OIL CHANGE YOU ARE WILLING TO WASTE YOUR TIME HOPING THEY GET IT RIGHT ON THE NEXT ONE. Horrible horrible customer service lack of accountability from at multiple locations (the managers are friends) had to go out of town today but was in need of an oil change went to go get serviced just for the tech and manager at another quick oil change place to say they are refusing service due to the severity of the damage to the drain plug go to my nearest valvoline to try to get it resolved turns out the manager at the location I went to is buddys with the manager at this one came up showed me my “not to damaged drain plug because the threads and gasket where fine” and critiqued the terminology saying how the other stores tech and manager where just being lazy and not wanting to work and there was no issue since “stripping refers to threads”and that it was easily taken off with an easy out extractor …… buddy if it was fine then why did you have to use an easy out and after telling them about the time and diesel spent running around Houston don’t worry claim denied and a 25 dollar coupon. Hope Caleb from the Laporte location and Joshua from the heights location have a long and prosperous friendship because that’s all they might have with the customer service I got from both of them if this continues.

Kristi, Caleb and Elijah all were amazing! I was in and out quickly! Caleb saw that my battery bracket was lose and tightened it. I had no clue! Thanks Valvoline Team! Yall will see me again 😎
