I can’t fault the service completely because everything was done correctly but the staff was in training and they didn’t mention that up front so the process took 3 times longer than it should have and I don’t feel like I was the focus of the employees as I should have been. I also observed the vehicle in front of me was allowed to leave with his gas cap door ajar and no one noticed it. I was there for both an oil change and an inspection but in total it was over an hour

Staff unable to remove wheels for tire rotation, after spending 20 minutes trying to figure out how to jack the vehicle. Staff attempted to remove wheels with incorrectly sized socked. Standard lug socket is all that was required

This visit, the staff - i.e. bay manager - made up for some problems encountered on a previous visit. I appreciated that. Previously the location sold me windshield wipers which were not made for the truck resulting in noise and one actually flying off during a rainstorm. I went elsewhere and paid over $80 for the correct blades. The manager gave me a credit on my bill. My only general complaint is that the pricing at this location seems unusually high but that probably is dictated by the market.

The staff could not figure out how to get to the oil cap to fill the engine with oil. They removed a shroud on the front inner wall of the engine compartment and the shroud over the engine intake to locate the oil cap. The bolts got mixed up and they struggled to piece my truck components back together.
