For starters, when I pulled up behind the store, no one came out to greet me even though I was standing outside my vehicle. Another vehicle pulled in and one of your employees went out and greeted her and told her to pull up behind a vehicle that was getting ready to leave, still ignoring me. As he walked back towards the shop I asked him “wasn’t I next” as I had clearly been there for a few minutes already. He responded that as soon as a vehicle left the bay, I would be next. Well, a vehicle left the bay and the other vehicle I previously mentioned was directed into the empty bay and I waited for the NEXT vehicle to pull out before I was directed in.Also, several services were noted as “not checked” on my receipt. Services that I thought were part of the oil change. (tire pressure, power steering fluid, transmission fluid level). In addition, when I asked about my chassis being lubed, I told them that it might be a sealed system on my vehicle. I was informed that they don’t even have a grease gun at that location, even though it was noted on my receipt that I have a “sealed system”. I got the impression that nothing was checked and they automatically marked “Sealed”.

They did not put the skid plate back on properly. I could not go faster that 30mph or it would catch wind and drag. I was there right before closing so they seemed rushed. Left oil and greasy hand prints on the hood and grill of my car. Had to go back the next day to get it fixed.

They left the skid tray(not positive if this is the name. The plastic piece in the bottom underneath the engine) screwes in loosely. A few days later my wife mentioned a noise looked underneath. Upon looking 2 screw were left holding it on barely screwed in. Was unable to unscrew with my fingers to take off till I can buy replacement screws.
