They spent over an hour on an oil change and replacing my cabin air filter. They had difficulty replacing the filter and just kept waiting for another person to come do it who couldnu2019t do it. And it was more waiting than doing anything. So many people (at least 6 cars) had their stuff done before mine. I am drenched in sweat and my car smells like their sweat. And when they put the compartment back they didnu2019t even put all the pieces back in. I heard employees yelling u201cwhatu2019s happening with Dock 3u201d and I thought the exact same thing. No one came up to ask questions or apologized for the horrendous wait time. God awful experience.
