Like the others said. They pushed things that arent necessary, get an attitude when you decline and then said my battery would die and ill need to keep cables in my car with me. Impending doom scenario. All the times in my life I've had an oil change these were the most fun imaginary unreal stories I've heard. Moreover stories and comments that I didnt need to hear and that he didnt need to share. I can see how some could be misled and spend way more than they need to. My battery is fine btw I changed it myself. I spent more than I ever have and that should have been enough. Dude even tried selling me an air filter after stating I didnt really need one as it looked like it had been replaced recently....because it had. First, and more than likely my last time going to valvoline.

Noah, Erik and Matt serviced me on New Year’s Eve, so the great attitude and efficiency. Gave me effective suggestions for my car to keep my car long lasting as possible and service was super quick. They were all super nice with great customer service. Would 100% recommend! These guys deserve credit for their work.
