My oil change sticker did not get replaced so I have no idea when my next oil change is due. Also, my oil change reminder on my dashboard wasnu2019t reset so I have to look at that every time I get in the car. That should be part of the service and it used to be. What happened?

The guy working in the bay next to him was also very friendly with small talk & asking questions about my car (ie do I need wipers?
