The team there vacuumed oil out instead of using the oil plug and I paid $73.00. Left oil droplets and runs all over the front fenders and bumper cover, plus an out right foot print of a boot on drivers side door. I came back and Mgr. never apologized or gave me a discount for any future service. The other location has never done careless acts against me or my property. Just as I told Mgr. I haven’t done nothing to him or his employees & I wouldn’t be able to come back to his franchise.

Customer service was good but after leaving there was a strong smell of oil. When I stopped and looked under the hood you could see oil on the cross member were the team members hands had touched also there was oil all on the starter and oil filter also I check the coolant levels and the windshield washer fluid was only half full.
