Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have used the Valvoline Oil Change on FM 2978 in Magnolia for around 6 years now. They have always done an efficient job of taking care of whatever I have needed done, as well as in a timely manner. As the original owner of my 2013 Hyundai Sonata, I have never used anything but the synthetic oil, to keep her running smoothly. Valvoline has always accomodated my requests and I appreciate that very much. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Manager of this Valvoline, John (Tre) McNatt. Unfortunately, I had some engine problems during this visit and Mr. McNatt stepped up and took care of my every need. He totally devoted his time to explaining his diagnosis of my engine problem, along with the fact that I was going to need my car towed for further repair. He could tell I was very alarmed with this news. But his full attention was on helping me, walking me through the towing I now needed, as well as explaining to the Hyundai rep his view of what had occurred with my engine during this maintenance. He went above and beyond in helping me, and even provided me a ride home! As an elderly lady, this is the reassurance I so needed. I appreciate Mr. McNatt's professionalism and help in making this very scary episode with my "precious to me" vehicle to be done as smoothly as possible. I can honestly say, John (Tre) McNatt is a true asset to Valvoline! Thank you for all your help! They listen and always are honest about what they recommend for my car. As the original owner of my older car, a 2013 Hyundai, I only use synthetic oil, to keep her running smoothly. Valvoline has always accomodated my requests. I have a very special shoutout for the Manager of this Valvoline, John (Tre) McNatt.
