It supposed to be Instant oil change not and hour and 30 minutes. I was left in the car with no ac because they asked me to turn off the car.
I would see a lot of people walking around with actually no costumer service or even care for their job.
Tony was walking around with his monster and getting hydrated while I was left in my car to wait without ac and dying of heat.
You really should check on your staff and their attitudes.
I would say the only person pushing through working hard even with all the stress because they would all not be able to finish a job without asking him for help was Rob. Never gave an attitude even though I could tell he was having a hard day. And who wouldn’t? When you are doing everyone’s else’s job and your own because they are not capable of.
Either hire better staff or train them on doing what they are supposed to and to be more considerate with people.
