I gotta say I usually like the service at Valvoline and thy are usually very friendly
Shout out to Justin at the floor .. extremely friendly and really helpful
Now on the other hand literally the opposite side of the coin is his very unprofessional and rude manager Named Moses ..
Moses started being cynical and sarcastic on my responses when I tried to correct him on my oil change choice .. his reply became disrespectful and uncalled for

Great team here at the Manor TX Valvoline!
I am impressed with the team work displayed in and out for each car that came and went. They practice safety for sure! Not only to protect themselves but also each customers car gets careful attention and no mistakes are made during tour vehicles service.
Jose was very informative for my trucks transmission flush and guided me through the process. Awesome job and thank you.
