I always go to Valvoline. I wasnu2019t satisfied this time. The staff didnu2019t seem very friendly and then I feel I didnu2019t get the services. I really get normally I had to tell them to check my other fluids because I didnu2019t see them normally and this time I didnu2019t even see him put the oil in my car so Iu2019m a little concerned so I asked another fella if they did check all fluids, and he said yes, by looking in my hood looking in my hood .. Usually, the attendant will show me my oil on my oil indicator that was not done this time so that is why Iu2019m concerned again. Did they even add the oil??? Shouldnu2019t have to ask these things! They usually check my air filter and didnu2019t! So, I am completely unsatisfied with this visit

I came in for an oil change and a state inspection. The man who helped me (who appeared to be the manager) was so honest and let me know that I was early and didnu2019t have to get an oil change for another 2k miles. This was rare in todayu2019s world and I very much appreciated the kindness and honesty. I ended up just getting the inspection and the gentleman that did the inspection was kind and fun to chat with. Great experience!
