This has to be the BEST experience I have ever had regarding my oil change. They have a filter thing that allowed you to watch all the old oil come out. They also were honest about my air filter!! The actual service were acceptable however, when upon returning home and inspecting the vehicle I noticed oily hand prints all over the front of, side and hood of the car. While trying to clean off the oil, I opened the hood and found large amounts of oil all over the engine cover and other areas where the tech careless sprayed oil or let it leak in my engine bay. Very angry about the disregard and general respect of other peoples property that pay a premium service.

It took almost 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician let my car site and worked on cars that came in after me. And he never reset the oil service indicator light on my car, even though the paperwork said that he did. It makes me wonder what else wasn't done.

I appreciated both this time.One point of improvement: I called previously to check wait times and the phone operator was not on site and could not help. Since appointments are not possible, a system that provides consumers wait time/line info would be very helpful.
