Was 3 deep and out in less than 45 minutes. The crew was fast professional and courteous. My POC was Toby. Very thoughtful, communicated exactly what they were doing and did it very quickly. I observed, the crew next to me, doing the same thing.
Due to my vehicle’s particular requirements and my personal preference, I supplied my own oil and filter. They cheerfully and carefully performed all tasks. One common problem in changing this filter is the dripping of oil onto the frame as it’s removed. Resulting in usually up to a week of dripping oil after the change. Zero drips in my garage. Engine bay was spotless. Just as it was before the change.
I don’t know who’s running this shop, but they definitely are dialed in on customer service. Good job guys. Look forward to seeing you with all my vehicles.
