I want to give a shout out to Luis! Hands down in all the decades I’ve been taking my vehicle to Valvoline I’ve never had the kind of service he gave. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, he informed me for the first time ever since going to Valvoline about an air filter inside my car and when we saw it and the condition it was in you could tell it hadn’t been changed ever and after he put the new one in my air performance was 100 times better. It’s the little things that matter. The best customer service I’ve ever had! Ask for him when you go to the one in Midland Drive in Midland Texas and I hope Valvoline keeps him around a long time. Give him a raise!!! The only thing was the cost was a little high!
