The wrong oil was put in my engine. I specified Premium Blue 15W40, which is the correct oil for this engine and your High Mileage 0W20 was installed. Fortunately, I caught the problem before the engine was started. I insisted that oil was drained and new filter installed as filter had been pre-filled with wrong oil. The CSA, Isaac, did not apologize but did comply with my request. I mentioned to him that this was a pretty serious mistake. He did take $20.00 off of my bill, but I did not expect or need that. I simply wanted the seriousness of the mistake acknowledged and some assurance that he learned from this. Fortunately, I was paying attention and caught the mistake. This could have resulted in engine failure as the wrong oil is not rated for diesel engines. I do not need or want anything in the way of discount coupons or other comps from this, but I think that additional training is warranted for Isaac. Thank you.

I had been here before and staff was unable to take my cabin filter off. Maeve was able to do it when 5 other staff members couldn’t. She was a go getter and very professional! It was a hard task because it was up high in there and hard to get. She took my glove box off and got to it that way. She was amazing!!!! She was so friendly and very helpful!
