I appreciate the speed, however this experience i find not as good, part might be a vehicle mfg problem butwe didn't have the problem before the visit. Once we got our oil change there was a noise th appeared that is real annoying. It's from the windshield wipers.your tech removed them without my permission and asked if I wanted him ti replace them I said no whe he put them back now they have a loud vibrating noise., I see others have had that problem with this vehicle. But I didn't have it until he removed them. They also forgot to secure a shroud underneath the vehicle but when I drove back they took care of that without any hesitation now am forced to replace the blades and hope it resolves the noise.
