Kevon helped me. He was kind and professional. He even helped me out on the price with a coupon. There was a discrepancy between the fluid specified on the receipt and what he said they installed, so that made me a little bit uncomfortable. Compared to other Valvoline locations, the crew did not seem as trained in verbalizing actions as they worked. They also seemed to have difficulty hearing each other and Kevon had to discuss directly with the technician to provide clarity which did not instill confidence in the quality of service. Perhaps they are still early in their careers.

I couldn't remember what type of oil I needed. Nicholas greeted me and was very friendly to each client that pulled up during my visit. Josue was extremely informative to help navigate my decision, and Tyler was the most upbeat manager to keep the crew going on a busy day. Way to go, I will be back.
