After being in the stall, and my oil was drained and the filter changed, the employee below shouted out that my car was ready to add oil. It took 20 minutes before this was performed, and that employee, Jas, did not know how to add synthetic oil. She did not ask for help and took even longer. In total, I was in the bay for 40 minutes. Additionally, I was on bay #1, my employee left for 10 minutes to work in bay #3.

The 3 lanes were stacked 2 or 3 deep. Brandon came out to rodeo the cars around based on progress in the bays. Once in the bay, the team was quick to get the work done. All were friendly, even joking a bit. Once the final check was completed I was directed out of the bay with a smile.

The crew here is very professional and courteous. The wait times are long, it seems long for an oil and filter change, but I like the store so I wait. Normally everything is fine, but this time they told me my car's battery was going bad and showed me the test results on a screen. It seemed strange since my car is only 2 years old. The meter showed 79% so I told the tech I would check it again in a few days... there was no pressure to buy a battery. I went to an AutoZone a few days later and the battery tested perfect. Not sure what was going on there and since there was no pressure to buy anything, no complaint... but I could have easily spent money I didn't need to.

I love taking my car to this location. Unfortunately, on this day I have too many members trying to help at different times. One member would start and someone else would take over. I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times. Example: I also need and inspection; I have a coupon. I had to members airing up tires,I asked how does she know how much air? Those are a few examples. But I'm used to one or two members working with me. They are way too many members working at the same time. I'm not sure want changed but I really enjoyed the old shop. Thank you for all you have done in the past.
