Came here for my previous 2 oild changes, and today I did it myself in my driveway. My oil plug was so tight I had to use a breaker bar to get it off, its a wonder it did not strip. Then I went to replace the oil filter, and the filter plug was tighter than the actual filter cap, so I could not drain it without making a mess. The center tube on my cap was bent and damaged (looks like it got dropped), making it so the filter does not slip off and on the way it should. Lastly, when I looked inside the filter housing, they did not install the internal O-ring, so my oil has been bypassing the filter since the last oil change.
