Know how to put air on my tires they didn't put air on it and Windex fluid for my windshield I had to tell them to put if they put windshield fluid on my car and it say yes but they never saw them put on windshield fluid it's like they lied

Took my 2018 Ford F-150 to get the transmission fluid serviced because I received 20% off the service. I waited in line for 45 minutes with no greet only to pull in and told they canu2019t do my service. I sat there in the shop for an additional 25 minutes for them to call around to the other service centers to see if they could do it. I never received an answer. They shut my hood and said good bye pulled me out of the shop and that was it. They coupon said these techs were highly trained and up to date with modern vehicles. Good selling point. It got me.
