I needed an oil change and a fuel filter changed out and then it came to the fuel filter part they tried for 2 minutes to fix and than told me the bolt was stripped but I changed my own fuel filter last time and I know it wasn't stripped... they did a so so job on the oil change very lazy staff and 2 or 3 of them didn't know what was going on and just unprofessional about the whole process from even taking down my information... I Guarantee I will no longer go to that place again... which is a bummer cuz I love Valvoline... but this messed up my whole experience with yall
