I have contacted your customer service I haven’t gotten a response to my claim. I’m more than happy to send you any information.
I do not recommend using this company for any car services your really better off taking it to a dealership. I came in for an oil change and the technicians insisted on doing a transmission and coolant flush because it was recommended for my preventative maintenance. Well after they did the transmission flush my car went into limp mode and now I have to get my transmission replaced due to they over filled my transmission. They refused to take any responsibility and the manager was very rude. I understand people make mistakes but to just flat out say they didn’t do anything wrong without even looking at the evidence is awful. I have report from the certified repair shop as well as Honda to show how much fluid was supposed to be put into the transmission. Unless they didn’t overfill it and charge me the double amount.
