Went in for an oil change - very speedy and done right!! BE WARNED THOUGH: They WILL locate and open your engine’s air filter in an attempt to sell you a fresh one. While I understand the tactic, I did not appreciate the technician doing so without asking for my consent. I did not purchase the air filter because I was not prepared for the technician to start digging around my engine since I was only there for an oil change. I understand technicians are supposed to upsell services, but nobody needs to touch my car to do so. My car’s air filter is connected to a duct that has to be taken out in order to access the filter. The original tech, Justin, took it out just fine, but then left it to another technician to put back together. I literally heard that tech verbally admit to a third coworker that he “had no idea how this goes back together” - and he was right. Bro did not reassemble my engine’s air duct correctly, and my engine was operating louder than normal until I put it back. Thank you for the oil change!! Don’t touch anything else unless you have permission. Thanks
