Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Survey Comment: The Valvoline in Tyler, TX has always been reliable and knowledgeable. But I was visiting my daughter in Little Elm and thought I'd get my oil changed at my trusted Valvoline at a nearby location: Prosper. Hey, why not. Valvoline has always been reliable and knowledgeable. Read my review for Tyler, TX. But this Valvoline was extremely disappointing. First, I know my 2016 Honda Fit has an oil leakage problem. Long story for another day. Nevertheless, when I went in for an oil change, my car was low on oil (usually low when it's near time for oil change. Plus, the low oil alert icon was on). After they finished the oil change, I asked was the oil low. The young man said no. I knew he was missing something. (The technician in Tyler, TX noted the low oil on my receipt.) They took my payment and said thank you. I was lead out. About 2 minutes up the highway, I realized that I did not get my usual receipt. So I turned around and pulled up and asked for a receipt. The technician stated they didn't have receipt paper and it would be sent to my email. Ok. That would have been nice to know before I left. Just let me know you don't have a hard receipt copy. No problem. Then I asked for a reminder sticker because they didn't take the old sticker off and put a new one on like they usually do. He informed me they couldn't print one out. He asked the other technician near him to give him a blank sticker and he could write the mileage for next oil change on the sticker with a marker. After all was said and not done, I wrote the mileage down myself. I did get the email but the mileage was not the same as the email. I wish the team was more customer focused and had solutions already cued up when stuff happens and customers still pay them to do a good job. Sorry guys. Yall dropped the ball. Can I suggest you consider what you can do differently when your printer is down.
