Did not have the oil for my BMW. Wasnt told till pulling in after waiting in line.

Well, I was quoted $25 for an air filter replacement and then $40 for a cabin air filter replacement and I was charged $30 and $60. They did not print me a receipt when I was getting ready to leave. I had to ask for it and wait and get a copy of the receipt which I did not look at until I got back to my office realizing that I was overcharged by $25 plus a five dollar surcharge and $16 labor plus the additional tax that I paid so what is the actual cost of getting an oil change at your place? Seems a little misleading when you are adding these additional fees in here and not being forthcoming about it nor giving me the appearance of misleading on what things actually cost and then not printing me a receipt so I know until I have to ask for it. Staff was friendly enough, and they did a good job, and perform their work efficiently and well. I have no issues with their competency or abilities. The overall experience was fine. I just felt misled on the overall cost and pricing.
