I waited in line and had cars in front and in back of me. No one came to ask what I needed done until I was blocked in and had waited 45 minutes. I told them I wanted my tires rotated and they said they couldnu2019t do it because the machine was broke. I already waited so I wasnu2019t going to back out at that point. Why wouldnu2019t you have that posted or tell people as soon as they pull up.Also, they didnu2019t have stickers to place on my car to tell me the next time I need an oil change.Scanner not working to scan coupons.Tap not working to tap credit cards.

No one walked up to check on the service I came for until finally pulling into the stall after the car in front left. The guy pulled up my info and then told me they did not have my oil in stock and that they would not have it in until Monday.
