Forty-five minutes in line. Not a single employee came out to explain the delay, apologize, or give customers any idea of what was happening. Delays are understandable. Silence isn't.
When I asked how much longer the wait would be, the employee's response was, "No one is holding a gun to your head. You can leave whenever you want." That wasn't just unprofessional; it was outright disrespectful.
It takes less than 30 seconds to tell customers, "We're running behind. Thanks for your patience." Instead, this employee chose sarcasm and contempt.
Needless to say, I took his advice. I left, and I will never return. There are plenty of businesses that know how to treat customers with basic respect.
Consider this a fair warning: if customer service matters to you, think twice before choosing this location.
