• Unhappy that I could not get an inspection because, as I understand it, you don't have an inspector employed at the moment.• Was shocked that the guy under the hood told the guy at the computer that there was no oil on the dipstick, but he didn't relay that information to me, and there's no reference on the paperwork.• Was shown the air filter which looked like someone had dragged a greasy hand over it (not air filter dirt as has been typical for the past several years).• When I got home, I wanted to check the oil level so I could keep track for the next few months only to find the Subaru emblem missing from my engine cover. I remember seeing the employee pushing on the cover from under the hood and wondered what he was doing. If he had noticed it loose or broken (or even if he broke it) I would prefer he confess. I can't be certain he caused this, but I'm very suspicious.
