Please beware of going to this location or even patronizing this company. I came to get an oil change and the service tech told me my brake lights on my hatch were out and then she said well only one was working.
They changed the lights and I started to drive home. I heard something hitting my glass in the back. It was the brake light cover from the hatch. It was not placed correctly. I went immediately back to the service center and they said I didn't have screws to hold the cover on, well how was it held on at first and why do I have issues now. I asked why did you touch it if the screws were not there. They told me they will seal it. I waited an hour. Once I went home, SCRATCHES WERE ALL AROUND MY CAR WHERE THE BRAKE LIGHT COVER WAS BEING PLACED. THE COVER WAS CRACKED . Its been almost a month the service manager closed the case because she said they fixed the issue. Well my brake light is not set properly but more importantly they damaged my car and no one called to make it right. I am waiting for the area manager to call but I was told he may not bc the service manager closed it. Please be ware. I have to figure out what my next steps are, these tech are inexperienced and the company is unprofessional. I am a disabled veteran and for them to do me like this is so disheartening.
