A black Bearded Guy in the store is very disrespectful. No one came out - so I walked in, knocked the door. Then he ordered me to step out and get back in my car. He doesn’t deserve a Job - he will mess up the Brand he gave nothing to build - or is this the culture of this establishment? This is not how to do business.

I pulled in for an oil change I want to say first the techs specifically the young girl with locs were soooo undertone rude and dismissive she asked me what type of oil did I use in my car I’m new to get in my own oil changes so I responded. I’m not sure before I could even finish my sentence. She just tells me it’s $80 for this and $104 for that no conversation no knowledge given I don’t support businesses where the people brush me off and then hit me with extreme prices at the same time I go online and see that there’s coupons she could’ve offered that she didn’t. I ended up just simply leaving, not wanting to deal with that type of customer service went to Walmart. The same thing she was offering me for $80 was $30. Amazing customer service.Glad I followed my discernment and left. I would never go here and they’re in my neighborhood. !
