I was able to pull right in and requested if they could do both an oil change and a state inspection. The first gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and helpful and mentioned that they will try a state inspection even though the machine was not working earlier, but the fact they were willing to even try was great. Jordan was the person who did both my oil and change and inspection, and he was amazing. Very professional and attentive and friendly. He found there was a cup left on one of the engine parts and explained to me about it. He also showed me on the website the discounts I could for both my services, and I was grateful for that. I recommended my husband go there for his inspection, and he went the next morning and had a great experience as well. We will be Valvoline customers from this point on.

The technician who helped me went the extra mile and explained how I can tell by looking at my dashboard when my next oil change would be due. Felt taken care of, not taken advantage of. Very quick . The staff were very professional and informed me of the next service that will be needed to be done along with the prices of everything and what I have to forward to for as pay. they recommended I change out my air filter as they also showed me the dirtiness of it but was not pressured into purchasing new ones (But I did it was needed). The manager and I and Christon all worked together on resetting the mileage on my dashboard and that was a test but fun at the same time .
