I pulled up and was waiting and they let somebody else go ahead of me because they said she was there first, that was not true , I have been waiting and they pulled this other person up after I had been waiting so they Made me back out and let her go, I was very dissatisfied with that. The person who was directing me was extremely short Temperament and rude

Instead of filling my tires to 41lbs, even though it was written on the windshield, tires and door to only inflate to 36lbs! The tires were brand new and I told the girl. And she read the 35lbs on the door and said it out loud!! Don't fill tires up unless you ask and let the customer know what you did to their car

The only real concern was the wait time and how the team managed the order of patrons receiving service. When I pulled up, all bays were occupied and I parked behind the second bay and was told I would be serviced within 15 min. It took much longer than that as the car in the bay was undergoing more maintenance services than just an oil change. Many cars arrived after me and lined up in other bays and received service and left even before my car was serviced. Vehicles should be serviced in the order they are received. The management should have had me pull into another bay ahead of cars that arrived well after I did.
