The manager and his crew were fabulous... Very friendly and know there stuff. They did an oil change and checked my tires.. Awesome and very friendly group of guys. Thank you Robert

I hadn't planned to write this review, but I feel like this behavior is important to call out since there is no way to know if feedback is given internally. I visited this location for the first time for an oil change. I had a coupon out on my phone and the employee told me "don't worry about the coupon, I'll hook you up." After the service the price he quoted seemed high, so I asked about it, and he left and said he'd "see what he could do for me.". When he came back, it was a few dollars lower but still high and so I asked if that was with my coupon. He said again he had "hooked me up" with a 25% off coupon. He was friendly and confident, and since it had been a while since my last oil change I assumed the price reflected an overall market increase. I paid and left, but the invoice I received later had no discounts. I called the office thinking it must be how they invoice, but was told the employee overcharged me and never put any coupon or discount on. I asked directly if the employee had overcharged me and they said yes. Since I asked him multiple times if he had applied andiscount, I can only assume he was dishonest in his answer or uncaring about checking it was done right. In either situation, I was overcharged 25% of the price and would never have known if I hadn't called. They gave me the number for customer service and told me they'd sort it out. Still waiting to see if that happens. It's worth noting that I didn't call because I thought the employee was wrong, I just called to ask if this was the normal price for an oil change so I could adjust my budget. Finding out I was overcharged was a secondary realization. I won't be back to this location or any valvoline, I like to do business above board and honestly, and this whole process felt incredibly deceptive. I wonder how many other people are told to put their coupons away and that they'll "hook them up " only to pay full price and not know it. Very unfortunate as the location was quick, clean, and convienent to me.

Best prices and such a friendly staff!
