I have tried 2 locations near my house. You never have my fuel filters. So i keep a set in my truck. The last service was charged 100 dollars for you to install my filters. And waited almost 2 hours because they did not have the correct tool to change one of these filters. I am done! I will never use any of your service centers again. And that is sad because I really Like your oil. I drive alot of miles and need good fast service. You do not have it. Just totally let down. Your staff is good, But lack of filters is unacceptable. I informed the staff at two locations i would be coming in every 6 weeks for an oil change. Still, no filters. Just sad and I know you will do nothing to change this so I am moving on. I came to Valvoline because there was something going on with my car battery. The team was able to explain to me everything my car needed, fix my battery, get a new car engine filter, and help me restore air pressure in my tires. I was in and out really fast and I liked that they had a waiting area I could relax in while my car was maintained

Y’all are my go to for oil changes and inspections. Never been disappointed until this last visit. Oil change followed in a few days by an inspection. At the oil change they checked fluids and did the usual. After the inspection all seemed good as well. A couple days after the inspection I got under the hood to look at something and the cap for the coolant overflow reservoir was missing. I drove back to the shop and was told by the tech that he had noticed it was missing when he did the inspection but didn’t tell me! Your team was the last ones under the hood checking things at the oil change. It must have been there then? I’m guessing it was removed to check something then not put back on tightly. So it’s missing and it’s not replaceable without purchasing a whole fan/reservoir kit and having that uninstalled and replaced! Who’s paying for that?
