I brought my weekend sports car to this location and saw that the oil change process is different. Now you wait in the car like other competitors. The idea is a faster service. It was far from fast. I was second in line to another customer. I was instructed to go behind in Bay 1. Another guy pulls up and was instructed to Bay 2 bypassing me that was lawfully next. The manager came and apologized so I let it go. The service took a long time because of working on one car at a time they would work on multiple cars at the same time. I guess while one is draining the oil pan they can get some work started on the other car. It just felt really slow. The biggest issue I had was that the oil for my car came on individual bottles and not the service hoses. The manager was the one putting my oil in and allowed the funnel to tip and a large amount of oil spilled in my engine bay. Communication was poor between the guy in the pit and guys up top. The manager poured the oil in my crank case not realizing the plug was not screwed on and allowed the oil was wasted. The guy in the pit came and had to report more oil in the crank case. When I left they never gave me my work invoice so I came back. I told them when all the oil was spilled to wipe it well. When I came back for the invoice, all this smoke was bellowing out of my engine. I am very underwhelmed with the sub par service. I’ve been here before but this experience doesn’t bode any kind of confidence in me to return.
