I visited the location in Rockwall. I paid for an oil change and state inspection. Upon completion of the oil change, the representative did not give me my inspection receipt. When my husband ask for it the representative walked off and another representative came over to explain that two vehicles have been waiting because their state inspection machine was not working. Long story short I came to this location in Rowlett and explain that I just left the Rockwall location and explain what took place. Right away I was told to contact customer service, because I was not refunded the fee paid. I appreciate the professionalism of the Rowlett facility. I want to give kudos to Brayden for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Erick explained what would take place in regards to the state inspection. I was in and out within 10 minutes. This will be my go to going forward. This location is approxiately 20 miles out of the way, but I could always count on having a pleasant and professional visit when I lived in Rowlett and going forward I will now make it my go to from Fate Texas.
