Very time consuming. Waited over an hour for simple emissions test. They don’t label the bays so I was waiting in the wrong line the whole time. I’m guessing they aren’t telling people that inspections aren’t mandatory anymore just emissions. Done with this place.

I had a great experience at this Valvoline location. I initially went to another inspection shop, but after waiting several minutes without anyone even acknowledging me, I decided to leave. I'm so glad I came here instead. Even though Valvoline was busy and every lane had several cars waiting, the staff was friendly, professional, and kept things moving. They greeted customers, communicated throughout the process, and made me feel like my time mattered. I came in for my Texas state inspection as part of registering my vehicle after moving to Texas, and everything went smoothly. The wait was absolutely worth it because the team was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I'll definitely come back for future services and would recommend this location to anyone needing a state inspection or other vehicle maintenance.
