dipstick broke, it took 2 hours but it took them a bit to take out the dipstick. They removed the pipe to take it out than put it back. Went to autozone to get another dipstick. Dipsticks break over time. They apologized for the wait and gave me half off the oil change on top of my coupon. They said a lot of people get really upset i can understand if you needed to be elsewhere. But things happen. They also put air in tires and topped off my coolant and transmission fluid.
