YOU (management/marketing)are rushing these people WAY TOO MUCH. It is clear from the push you began years ago about actively trying to keep people/me from getting out of the car. I don’t want service so rushed that mistakes are made. I don’t know if my tire pressure was checked. I do know turn signals were not checked. It is also undignified to have your people out by the curb when bays are not occupied.

I may have interacted with someone fairly new; 1) corrected contact information but didn’t hit SAVE. 2) Ask me if it was okay to put 35 psi in my tires, 38 psi for my tires. Details matter, slow down, double check. I’d rather spend a few mor minutes on the line knowing things are 100%. Keep trying.

Was overall a great experience. Antonio I believe was the managers name? Had made it a quick and seamless visit, also had made recommendation for the fuel treatment alongside oil change. Had mentioned it was about to be a year since last treatment, showed me on the computer it was last done May last year. Added that as well, asked if any coupons and found one before final check out. Always have good experiences at Valvoline and even though this one is located on other side of town from me would go there again if I'm in the area
