Overall service experience was good. I do have a major concern. I notice there was a large spot of transmission fluid leaking on the garage floor. I called the location that performed the service but my call was transferred to a national number. I explained to the representative that my vehcile had a transmission fluid leak. I had the vehicle taken to the service location and the technician noticed that the tranmission fluid leaking around the transmission pan. The spilled fluid was cleaned up. The tranmission is still leaking small amounts of fluid. As of today, Aug 4th there still a small amount transmision fluid leaking. I was given a claim number CS3306555 by the representive. Please have a manager contact me to resolve the problem. Thank you, John Bustos
