Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Alec was a true blessing!!! I had went to the tezel grissom Valvoline at 6:35pm. They are open til 7pm, however the man did not want to take my car. He said they were closing. I explained that my car is past due and I think something is wrong it feels bad driving. He said if I come back tomorrow he can give me a 10% discount. I told him i work all day tomorrow 8-8. He said 20% on my next day off. I didn't argue with him, I just said no my car needs care now. I was disappointed and drove off. I started to feel like that was so wrong as I looked at the clock and know that they're still open. I decided to call Headquarters to report this. Marcy empathize with me and was also not happy to hear this happening. She agreed that was not normal practice to turn people away during business hours. Closing duties can be done when done with customers. She sent me a coupon. I was still at this point worried about driving my car like that and it was 3 minutes til Closing so I zoomed to the Culebra location. I arrived at 7:03 and saw the man Alec just Closing the garages. He came up to my car. Heard my experience and immediately stated that's not right, they should not have turned you away. We'll take care of you. Told his coworker Brian and they guided me in. I couldn't believe how kind and didn't waste a minute to be of service. I started to cry. He said not to worry they got me. My Oil level was Zero. It was completely dry. Thank God for Alec and Brian for having big hearts. I will only give my buisness to them at this Valvoline from now on. Please give these gentlemen an incentive for their exceptional work.
