My wife took our vehicle there, they told her she needed the battery replaced so she paid for it and got it done. Afterwards, the vehicle struggles to start. We take it to Gunn Honda, they say the reading shows the battery is no good. We take it back to Valvoline and they say the reading shows the battery is good. It stays like that but the starting still is a struggle, months later, we take it to Hill Ciuntry Honda and asked them to check it but we never mentioned what Gunn Honda says. These people said the same thing as Gunn Honda, we take it back to Valvoline and the same outcome. I said to the guy at Valvoline, we need to replace it and I can pay for the amount of time the battery was used but I expect them to help with some of the cost of a new one since they sold me a bad battery. They spoke to the manager and he said nope, they can’t do anything because their machine shows it is not bad. We took it back to the dealer and had them replace it at full cost because I am no longer dealing with scum like them. We were bringing 5 vehicles to them and they lost all our business because they don’t want to realize their mistakes. Do not go there, you will be disappointed by their service and how they treat their customers.
