EDUCATION! I had a coupon via email that advertised today only at that location. The young man had no idea what I was talking about. I showed him the email. So, he stated that he gave me a discount and turned the screen to see. I had offered to give him AARP,AAA, but later learned that I should have gotten 15 or 20% he gave me12% and that was supposed to make me happy?!! I still have the coupon that he didn't recognize! And paid more!
