Some staff were friendly some were not. The complaint I have is that my lug nut covers were damaged and broken. The secondary minor complaint was I didnu2019t know the price of the service or if they were agreeing to rotate my tires. I would agree to return, like I have for years if I can get a coupon equal to the value of replacing my broken lug nut covers.

Greeted when I pulled up would have been nice. It was over 100 degrees that day so since I wasnu2019t greeted I wasnu2019t sure which bay I needed to be in line for so I sat in the sun waiting for someone to acknowledge me. My car was up to 112 degrees so I pulled up to the shade behind bay 2 waiting for someone to greet me. After another few minutes someone finally did and directed me to bay 1.
