The staff found that my transmission plug had come loose. They found the plug and we did a flush. That could have been catastrophic. You guys saved me a lot of money and grief! The “lead” guy took a bit of money off off the standard price because it was an urgent situation. I am LOYAL CUSTOMER and will never go anywhere else.

Checked off services on account and those services were not performed. Such as check air filter, washer fluid, check coolant or any other levels. They always show me the air filter, they didn't even open the compartment this time. They didn't check any fluids. I watched them the entire time. When asked about it, I was told "I looked at them." Then he proceeded to defend that stance when I questioned it.
