During our tire rotation and oil change the attendants oily glove prints were left in numerous places on our car. Above or by all four tires on the car and on the hood and every wheel. Didn’t notice till I was home. Cleaned it up myself. I was not happy because we’d just spent $30.00 on a wash and wheel shine. Also, once again oil was over flowed onto our engine. Not good at all. The staff seemed to be more into having fun than customer service.

I have been getting all my oil changes here for the past few years. I typicaly get my airfilter abd or cabin airfilter done too im a disabled vet but due to the lak of professionalism *seemed like he was only interested in how fast" 6 min to finish whole thing" and i had to ask several times about filters checking fluids that were not filled either tires not checked air us low in all 4 still i am not comming back. I go out of my way to drive over to this location and purchase a Groupon which i had to tell him to apply several times and on my receipt it was not applied i had to go to my credit statement to check and i am hoping it is right. I didnt get my additional 20 percent off or my military discount with the Groupon for the cabin airfilter either this was the worst experience at this shop i ever had. I think it is under new management maybe you want to reconsider your hires. You lost two customers 4 cars. In one service.
