I bought a full synthetic oil change on Groupon. The attended was charging me 141.00 so he took the value of the Groupon off and was still charging me over 51.00. He ran my card for 30.00 and he said that it didn’t go thru but the 30.00 were already taken out of my card. So I gave him another card and ran that one and told him to only do 30.00 on that one now I still had the remainder of 21. And change. I did get a filter replacement and he said that was like 29.99 or whatever it was so if that’s the case why is he charging me way much more?

First of all, I have been going to the same valvoline location on babcock and huebner for years now. As you can see on my previous surveys, I have taken the time to answer, I had always been satisfied. However, I now feel like I shouldn’t come by this location anymore because it has been nothing but dissapointing. It took me years to find a place where not only I could feel comfortable but also safe once I’d leave the shop, and unfortunely it is no longer the case. This last time I got my oil change, I asked them to reinforce the plastic pan under my motor, which prevents dust to go into the motor, and provided them with screws bought off amazon bc they had told me they do not sell them there, and they refused to even check if they were the right size when I asked them to. It was in this valvoline location where the tech either lost the screws or lost them, and I have had to use twisty ties ever since for it. I told them and they dismissed it, and stupidly I kept coming back. In conclusion, I do not feel appreciated as a customer as it seems like everytime I use a coupon for my services I get attitude from the techs as if I’m asking for a favor. Thanks for reading this far.
