The staff was great at the location. My lowest rating on pricing is because when I called the number to get pricing I was given a different amount than what I was charged. The lady over the phone told me for full synthetic oil change on my vehicle would be $76.99 when the employee told me it was $99 I was shocked.Plain and simple donu2019t have people quoting over the phone if they are going to mislead a customer. If it was $99 I could've just done it at the Lexus dealership.

My tech also showed me that my vehicle has two air filters in the engine, in addition to the cabin filter, which I did not know. So it was an educational experience as well.

Prob have a dedicated line for state inspections. I was stuck in line for quite awhile before being helped and once the inspection was done, I had to wait in line for quite awhile so the oil change in front me was completed.

I had to wait almost 3 hours for a simple oil change and inspection. I basically had to take a 1/2 day off from work. Me and my entire family (4 cars) have used this location for 15 years. Itu2019s always slow but this was ridiculous. Not once did an employee communicate anything to me. Finally got up to the bay after waiting 2 1/2 hours for the 3 cars (one sat there for about an hour) in front of me to get serviced. Nobody apologized for the long wait or explained what was going on. Basically acted like having to wait 3 hours is normal. I never do these surveys but felt like I had to this time. Me and my family will never use this location again. Weu2019ll be using the one on NW Military/Huebner. My wife used them last time for an oil change and was out in 20 minutes. I just forgot to this time. Thatu2019ll never happen again. I know yu2019all take your time for quality and cross selling opportunities. I suggest working on speeding up the process. People donu2019t have 2-3 hours to wait for an oil change.
