This Valvoline location damaged the bracket that holds the light for my license plate. This happened a couple of services ago. This past April when I brought the car in, I pointed out the problem. I was assured that a replacement light or bracket would be ordered and next time I came in for service it would be fixed. I came in this week for just that reason and also to get inspection for to register my car. Your manager Quintin indicated that the light fixture was not broken and he didn’t know what I was talking about. He indicated that no one ordered the replacement and there was nothing to be done. I came home and looked at the light myself. It is broken and hanging out of the fixture so I do not understand what Manager Quintin I talking about! I will never come back to this location again

I went on Tuesday to do my oil change and they checked my tire pressure. Now is Friday and my tire pressure in all over the place not sure what did they do to my tires because I didn’t have this problem before. And now I have to wait 2 more hours again in my car to have it checked. Ridiculous
