Did not start off great--moved to a different line and person behind me ended up getting serviced sooner (and I was just there for an oil change and inspection). Also, when car was pulled up they pulled up wrong car and had to go through some things twice. It got better once the service actually begain.

The staff is always very friendly. The manager is great and will always come and talk to me. About 8 years ago or so, he helped fix the drain plug on two of my cars that another oil change company had cross threaded when they put the bolt back in. I have another Valvoline Oil change location (Culebra & Grissom)very near my but their quality of work and their hospitality is sorely lacking. I drive an hour from my house to come to this store because of the service I receive.
