The service at the location was great. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I had my transmission fluid replaced. When I left the facility I went to another location and my car would not start. I called the location to see if this may be related to the service I had done or if there was a suggestion for something I could do. The manager found out my location and came to my location to see if he could help. We figured out it was not related to my service. I was so impressed that they would go above and beyond to try to help me, even after I had left the facility.

I waited in line a long time. Switch to another line & waiting in line a long time. did not have my oil filter. Said I could come back. I chose not to. I was told I would get $25 of the top. I did not, although I had other discounts. The wait was way too long. The service time was longer than I expected. Offered more expensive options & after waiting so long to get my oil change, I just wanted it done & l wanted to be out of there. Never was like that before. People were helpful but service was very long. You advertise short time, it was over an hour. Not sure I will be back. But oil is changed, I am thankfu for that. Plus the young man changed my in cab filter which was never checked by anyone else. So that is the plus with my service. Thank you.

The manager, Brody, clearly and efficiently explained the process then talked me through everything they were doing and what was recommended. I felt cared for throughout the process, never pressured.
