I've had my last few oil changes here and I'm very happy with the service. After having a bunch of horrible experiences with Take 5, I was hesitant to have anybody else change my oil again and even when I did finally change to Valvoline, I asked a lot of questions and made sure that they showed me everything they were working on. The guys that were working there were very understanding and, even though it wasn't their fault, they were apologetic that I had to deal with the previous service with the other company (and they confirmed that a lot of other people had my same issues). They took the time to make me feel comfortable in my service so I have been returning since then and every visit is just as pleasant.
