THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU!!!! No accountability because the store manager wants to save numbers at her store.
3/18 I visited for an oil change as I’ve been coming to valvoline for years, spent hundreds of dollars in oil changes. The lady Blair didn’t even know how to open my hood??? Completed the oil change, fine.

Car alerts me my coolant level is low which I thought was strange because they checked it claimed it was “fine”. I filled it with coolant and immediately said it was low again. Took it to the house and let it sit.

Coolant low again, add more. I start driving and immediately my car starts over heating. Goes into limp mode I had to get it towed cost me $300. I called the store said “Hey not even 48 hours after an oil change at your place and my car is out of service”. I take it to my mechanic who says the plastic housing RIGHT NEXT to my oil filter is cracked and leaking coolant. Hmm weird?

Store manager Blair said she reviewed footage and didn’t see anything on tape. No leak. I said you wouldn’t have seen a coolant leak if my car was off and the water pump wasn’t going? She said she look at my coolant reservoir and saw it had coolant. But I told her in the bmw the minimum and maximum lines are INSIDE. She said they didn’t even take the cap off my coolant tank to look inside. It’s clear this lady knows absolutely NOTHING about cars. The part that’s broken is right next to my oil filter. But yet she’s claiming they’re not at fault probably to save her numbers at her poor store.
I requested an area manager to reach out to me and she said she’s not going to escalate it. I will be getting a lawyer. The way they treat their clients is absolutely HORRIBLE. I’m so upset I’ve been a customer for years and they’re not even willing to work with me. Between a tow, rental, an repairs I’m out $1300+
