Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have taken my vehicle to this Valvoline location exclusively for oil changes for several years. After my most recent oil change, my vehicle developed a major oil leak that required towing. The car had no oil leaks prior to this service. What was most disturbing was the response from management. The manager, Michael, advised me on multiple occasions to drive the vehicle off the lot despite an active oil leak. That is unsafe and shows a complete disregard for customer safety. When I attempted to address the issue through their claims process, it became clear the process is biased. The same store management involved in the service controls the documentation and narrative used to decide claims. I was discouraged from pursuing a claim and told verbally that it would be denied before any fair review occurred. The service documentation itself is contradictory. In one section it references a leak, yet elsewhere it states the gasket and plug were checked, sealed, and showed no issues. This alleged leak was never disclosed to me at the time of service. My entire family has used this location, and we will never return. I have since had the vehicle towed for independent repair due to safety concerns. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and warning others in the Riverstone community. I strongly encourage anyone considering this location to read other reviews carefully, as there are multiple reports of oil leaks occurring after service at this store. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Your safety and vehicle are not worth the risk.
